Terms
These terms are the agreement between you and CAE & PRESSMEDIA, S.L. (“we”, “us”), who run FindFormats. By buying access or creating an account, you agree to them. They are written to be read: if anything is unclear, ask us at contact@inspectio.io.
1. Who we are
FindFormats is operated by CAE & PRESSMEDIA, S.L. (CIF B86136090), C/ Diego de León, 47, 28006 Madrid, Spain. You can reach us at contact@inspectio.io.
2. What you are buying
Access to the FindFormats library: a curated set of TikTok formats that drove app installs, each with its numbers, why it worked, a beat sheet you can re-shoot, and a prompt that turns it into a script with the AI tool of your choice. You pay once, at the price shown at checkout.
Lifetime access includes the FindFormats library and all future additions to it, at no further cost. It does not include separate products or services we may launch in future.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the service. What happens if the service ever ends is in section 8.
3. Your account
Access is personal to you. Keep your sign-in to yourself and let us know if you think someone else is using it. You can see every device signed in to your account, and sign any of them out, in Settings.
4. How you may use the library
- Use the formats, beat sheets and prompts to make and promote content for your own apps and products, or for clients you work for.
- Do not resell, republish or share the library, or substantial parts of it, and do not copy it by automated means. Accounts that do may be closed (section 10).
5. The videos belong to their creators
The covers and videos in FindFormats come from TikTok and belong to the people who made them. What we offer is the analysis: the structure, why it worked, and how to rebuild it. Use the structure; do not re-upload other people’s videos as your own.
6. No promise of results
Every format worked for someone else. We cannot promise it will work for you: results depend on your app, how you shoot it, and TikTok. The prompts are for use with third-party AI tools under their own terms, and we do not control what those tools write. Read what they give you before you publish it.
7. The satisfaction guarantee
14-day satisfaction guarantee. If it's not for you, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked.
Email contact@inspectio.io within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with or the one on your account. A refund ends your access. We never use how much you used FindFormats to refuse a refund.
The guarantee is in addition to, not instead of, any rights you have by law as a consumer.
8. If we ever stop
FindFormats is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will remain available for any particular period, and we may discontinue it at any time. Outside the 14-day satisfaction guarantee, payments are non-refundable, including if the service is discontinued. If we discontinue the service, we will make the library available to existing customers as a one-time downloadable export before shutdown.
9. Liability
We run FindFormats with reasonable care and skill. As far as the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or revenue. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, or your rights as a consumer.
10. Ending
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. Outside the guarantee this ends access without a refund, and Settings says so before you confirm. We may close an account that seriously breaks these terms — for example by redistributing the library — and will tell you why.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; the version and date are at the top. If a change materially affects you, we will email you before it applies. No change will reduce what lifetime access includes.
12. Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim in the courts where you live, and keep any protection the law of your country gives you.
